*** *** Install Was completed September 29th for CamerasHe added a 7th camera October 2nd 2012.As per his warranty he had a 1YR Parts AND Day Labor warrantyDuring the Course of the Year and after he repeatedly called
complaining of cameras not working and the DVR remote monitoring function not workingCameras were replaced under warranty along with the DVR under the warranty and numerous other service calls and not charging him for anythingThere items were replaced various times along with home visits and testing to the point of where it was becoming a resource drain with him being located miles one way.When we tested the cameras and DVR they were all working perfectly and the DVR had no problemsWe did a Site Survey with*** and we notified that his service area was wasn't very stable with frequent internet outages*** *** was notified of this issue by myself and *** *** and Recommended he get another serviceHe never didThe last visit to his home was November and in stating to *** *** that his problems were from his internet provider and he was no longer under warranty for anything and that he would have to purchase new items, he stated that "Its fine ill complain to the Revdex.com and that's how I will get new stuff that's how you do to these companies, Talking to his wife" So at that point the decision was made to no longer service himWe went above and beyond to try to please him but he was never satisfiedHis warranty expired September 29th
The technician was knowledgeable and promptI was given multiple options and each was explained in easy to understand terms

The service I received since the first time I got the cameras made my day! I can call any time to get more info about other futures and always get answers! Love this company! Highly recommended because of the quality!
Gerald from ethorSonic upgraded our security camera system, he was very professionalc he did the job in a very timely manner and help us understand how the system work and how to improve it and later he came to fix some minor issues we had with the old system. I would recommend eithorSonic as your security system prvider and repairs.
I called this company because of concerns with the growing crime rate in my neighborhood, technician came out and quoted me some very reasonable prices! I've had my cameras for about three years, when there was a power unbeknown to me, power outage, I called and the technician came the very next day and discovered there had been a power outage, anytime I have questions my technician responds right away, we just recently switched out of all our camera for new high definition ones and we absolutely love them! When we go on vacation we are able to check our cameras night and day.... I love this company and all the confidence of safety it has provided for my family, several of my neighbors has also purchased and are getting cameras installed thru this company....

Gerald installed a video camera for my garage and did a great job. His work was neat no mess to clean up. The installation was well done and looks great and done quickly.
