approve the refundsThe investigation took some time, however we have now approved refunds to those who have requested oneThe venue was in contact with Ticketmaster and those who called the venue, letting them know that the venue is looking into the issue and we would get back to each customer once the investigation was throughOnce the venue received all information, we were able to approve the refunds.

this resolution is satisfactory to me - EXCEPT I am out over $that I had to pay in fees to Ticketmaster since the box office was not open until pm when tickets went on sale at noon the day that I purchased. Thanks for helping to correct this bad business practice but I was still forced to pay over $to Ticketmaster in fees

approve the refunds. The investigation took some time, however we have now approved refunds to those who have requested one. The venue was in contact with Ticketmaster and those who called the venue, letting them know that the venue is looking into the issue and we would get back to each customer once the investigation was through. Once the venue received all information, we were able to approve the refunds.

this resolution is satisfactory to me - EXCEPT I am out over $40 that I had to pay in fees to Ticketmaster since the box office was not open until 5 pm when tickets went on sale at 12 noon the day that I purchased.  Thanks for helping to correct this bad business practice but I was still forced to pay over $40 to Ticketmaster in fees.
