Review: This company put fear into me to pay for their services to repair my computer from the virus. The cost was $399.00. The computer I am using does not seem cleaned at all, but is acting up more than before! It pops up ads that the company said it would clean. Now the computer freezes up, and frequently catches a site of advertising vocals while I am working on the computer.I am not sure more damage has not been done. The technicians working on my computer was worked on by an Indian-speaking men saying they worked for [redacted].Desired Settlement: If they are illegitimate, I request a refund.

Review: I was contacted by a company agent telling me my personal PC had been hacked and proposing to clean it and provide protection services for a period of two years for the fee of $3399. I (stupidly) agreed to this and they have informed me that has been accomplished. NOTE: all of this contact has been by phone. I have requested (repeatedly) that I wanted a written statement of services performed and to be provided for two years i.e., a bill/invoice. The reply from their agent was that I would receive same only after I paid them. It seems only logical to me that first you get a bill and then you pay it. I should also state that I initially gave them permission to charge my [redacted] credit card; but, thankfully, the credit carrier (USBank) blocked the transaction. Since then, they have pressured me to pay by another credit card, a bank debit card, Western Union, or a paper check -- still no bill.Desired Settlement: I will not pay until I receive a proper invoice and statement of services provided and to be provided over the next two years.
