went to this place after seeing tv commercial that says free consultation for nueropathy then was charged $70 for todays appointment & appointment
they gave me another appointment for next tuesday incl in the 70 but after ct scan insurance says prior author for ct scan by provider then 10 days ins. won't pay out of network I don't think these people were completely honest the tv ad said free consultation then they charge 70 called my ins when I got home found my copay is $5 but this co is not in my network if they are charging $70 for 2 appointments & I was only there for 1 that should have been free I want arefund as i'm not going back

Our clinic is considered a specialty clinic. We offer potential clients a complimentary consultation to determine eligibility as a patient. At the end of the consultation, we go over the patients insurance benefits. If the patient has no coverage, they would be responsible for the cash fee of $70 if they wish to proceed with an exam with the practitioner. If they do not have an exam performed there is no fee for the consultation. This individual did in fact see the practitioner , hence the $70 charge for the exam. The patient did not come back to discuss their results, which would have been complimentary / built into the exam fee. We are always upfront and honest about our services and fees before we proceed forward. I assume this patient was confused between the complimentary consultation and a medical exam which is not complimentary.

they told me the 70 went to my insurance deductible when in fact it was because they are out of network they told me the charge was for 2 visits but I only had the 1 visit these people lie cheat steal I demand a refund
