Lending LLC is a wholesale mortgage originator that offers its products through mortgage brokers. Typically a consumer will interact with the mortgage broker and any communication by Ethos Lending LLC will occur with the mortgage broker as an intermediary. We understand and regret that in certain circumstances it may appear that Ethos Lending has been unresponsive, depending upon the communication between the mortgage broker and the consumer. However, our review of our records indicate that there was significant communication between Ethos Lending LLC and the mortgage broker for the Consumer for whom the Complaint was submitted. We always seek to find ways to improve our transparency and communication with our consumers.
