Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The business sold me on their services by telling me that I would be able to receive free touch ups if the hair was to ever grow back, which they believed it wouldn'tI have a witness to these conversations as my sister was the one that set up the initial meeting with the doctorThey are more expensive then most places, so the only reason we decided to use their services was because of the free touch up service Its also interesting that they are saying that they never offered free touch ups, when they told me over the phone last week that they had to stop offering free touch ups because they were losing moneyThey also told me that they had to tell many customers they promised this service to that they no longer were going to live up to their agreementFrom my understanding in my conversation with the business last week, I am one of many customers experiencing the same frustration(The businesses words, not mine) Regards, [redacted] ***

First, we want to address that this client never had any guarantees about future complimentary treatments. His last treatment was almost years ago at the end of and now he contacts us in regarding new hair growthHe never contacted us prior to this. Laser hair removal is
not a permanent phenomenon and we never guarantee our clients complete removal for the rest of their livesWe have performed more than treatments and we never promise such a thing. We would like to see the client produce any documentation to the effect that they were promised lifetime or complimentary touch ups. WE have treated multiple clients over the past years and this is our first complaint. We are sorry that the client did not have a good experience and would like to offer him future treatments at deeply discounted rates. That is all we can do for himSincerelyEthos Spa Management
