I purchased a trane heat pump through ethridge brothers in and opted to get the digital nexia thermostatThey have replaced my thermostat already timesIt will go out and I will not have access to turn on my heatingWell tonight I heard loud frying and beeping sound in my house around 10:pm I jump up and went into the living room and It was coming from the thermostatmy lights in all my rooms were diming and blownthe thermostat went deadkeep in mind its degrees outsideI have called and called etheridge brothers to have someone to come out all I get is a vmail from *** phonethis suppose to be a 24/service and no one has called me back and its 1:am and its cold in my house with my soni'm truly disappointed in this company the only reason I chose them because they are local and 24/but that's a lieplease helpI truly wish I would have went with another company for the money I spent to get a heatpump and furncace installed was over 7,dollarswa
