We forwarded this complaint to our Client Etillem, who is the manufacturer of the product Our company takes sales calls for Etillem, but isn't responsible for refunds We did contact Etillem and they stated you were issued a refund check on 4/7/ I'm hoping you have

Review: I ordered a weight loss product 11/24/14, and I called this company because I noticed after 2/weeks my weight was the same. So I called to request a refund and they told me how to ship the product back to them. I did so, I've been calling this company since the first part of Jan. 2015. The company continues to give me the run around-I've called [redacted] I'm not getting any where with them and they do not want to issue me a refund!Desired Settlement: I sent this company a money order for $94-, I want a money order back for $94-

Review: I ordered "Master Bi Slim"from this company back in Decemeber 2014. After a few weeks of giving their poduct a try, I called them to return the item (which was still under 30 money back guarantee) because it did not work. I was given a return number, I sent the item with the return number on the box and waited for a refund. Since then I have made 15 calls to this company requesting my $110.00 refund but every time I speak to a supervisor and I'm told that the refund money does not come from this office and that they will "try to expedite your refund". I need your assitqance at this point, as you can see $110.00 is nothing to laugh about and I feel that this company does not care to provide customers with the money back guarantee that they offer on their mailing. I need my money back from them and they, at this time are not returning it. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this isue.Desired Settlement: I need them to send my $110.00 money back in a money order as soon as possible. Thank you!

Review: I bought this product and it had a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I have contacted the business by phone and gave them the tracking number for the return, and promise a refund, but I have not received it yet. Alternative address from receipt: ETILLEM / 165 Pleasant Ave. South Portland ME 04106Purchase date: April seven 2015 (Check cashed on 04/26)I sent return for refund via usps tracking: on May 17, 2015Desired Settlement: It has been enough time for seller to issue refund.

Review: On May 23, 2015 my husband purchased X-Phallon from ETILLEM LLC. He was told that if he was unsatisfied with the product he could return it for a full refund. On June 24, 2015 he returned the product and as of October 9, 2015 we still have NOT received a refund as stated in their Terms and Conditions.

I have called every day since October 2, 2015 and have spoken to several different people in the customer service department only to be told "they'll send an email to Escalations" and there's nothing else that they can do.Desired Settlement: Their responsibility is to give me a FULL refund in the amount of $194.85 asap, as promised

Review: I received the VapoSlim product in May, 2015, and could not activate it; plus there was a vial broken in transport that I called their Customer Service about. I was told to 'give it a couple more weeks' after they walked me through getting the product activated; and I was told they would send me another vial to replace the broken one. I followed the instructions for at least three weeks, which I was told to do, and it did not work. I did not lose any weight, which is their claim for the product. I also never to this day received the replacement vial, which doesn't matter because I RETURNED the product with the RMA number in June. I have been calling Customer Service for four months now because I've never received my refund of $70. I was told each time to 'give it more time--that sometimes it takes several weeks to get the refund processed.' I called again today and was told by [redacted] at their Customer Service, 10/21/15, that the company ETILLEM LLC would not send me a refund because it was over the 30-day guarantee that I sent the product back. (Customer Service had told me it would be fine to send it back in June because there was a problem getting it activated and that I had to give it a couple or more weeks to work. **NOTE: The address on the shipping label for ETILLEM LLC is 165 Pleasant Ave., South Portland, ME 04106. I was not given the option to choose this address so used the one provided for the east coast.Desired Settlement: I just want my $70 refund.
