Etna Pizza

I’m a put a in between rate because the male manager doesn’t have good customer service skills verbatim said it’s not our fault customer order wrong pizza but not that I see you order wrong pizza & corrected ! My husband order wrong pizza we corrected it was told it would arrive in 45min - 1hr that’s was at 4:46 which is now 6:21pm still hasn’t arrived which my concern is how long has our pizza been sitting & that’s not very good health conduct! I’m very concerned about owners stepping in to personally contact their customers time to time! Had a issue before where the same gentlemen took 2 days to get back to me to where I had to call in & all he offered was a personal pizza to correct mistake! Overcharging by $5/$6 when pizza are normally same price every time! I’m requesting great customer service at all times & Integrity! Don’t treat customers with insult take time to provide excellent customer service pizza is normally $23 it once again came to $27 with no condiments that I requested
