Review: I purchased some products from [redacted] last Christmas for a child. Both were distributed by Etna products of NY. One was a bullseye electronic archery set and another an arcade basketball set. when I opened the archery set last week it was missing the bow. I contacted etna to see if I could get a replacement bow and the lady on the phone directed me to email the warehouse. I have gotten no response. Today I opened the basketball set to put it together and there is no ball or black netting.Desired Settlement: I would just like the pieces that are missing replaced. Or if that is not possible a replacement of the whole item or a full refund.

Review: My Autistic son received a crane game made by ETNA from his grandparents at Christmas. Today I set the machine up and the middle lever is broken (toy is new and was not previously unwrapped). I called ETNA to get a replacement and was told sorry go get a refund from where you bought it. That is an unacceptable answer. This little boy was so heart broken that this desired toy did not work he has had a melt down.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to stand behind their product and overnight a replacement and issue a call tag for the defective item.
