You may find that time the time you received calls to your inbound
toll-free or local numbers that are unrecognizedThis is for any
toll-free number or local numberPlease keep in mind, all telephone numbers
including toll-free numbers have been in existence for some time. You may
own a toll-free number that was previously owned by another companyIf that
previous company had a lot of call volume or did not notify their customers of
a number change, you may experience an overflow of calls from customers of the
previous ownerAll numbers in our inventory state disconnected at least
days before being re-issued
The only solution to this issue would be to disconnect your
current number and choose a different numberE toll-free is not responsible
for any unwanted calls and will not refund any calls you deem as being unwanted. We only charge by the incoming calls answered by the customerIf
you are using any of our answering service features like auto attendant, direct
transfer to voicemail service and call screening, you will be charged and
considered as “call received” and therefore charges will incur. No unauthorized charges was made to your account. That is why, when we receive this kind of complain, sadly, we

I only received one response from eTollfree stating they will not provide a W-9.  Thank you for finally providing a reason why you will not provide one.  Your email responses to my request are unprofessional and an apology is due.

I am rejecting this response because:Dear Revdex.com,I appreciate the polite response from etollfree. This is the first time a proper response has been elicited from the merchant, and I thank you for doing that for me. Once again, however, the response from etollfree is full of alternative facts.  (1) When I log in, my account is classified as "fraud" on their system. This is probably because I disputed the charge.(2) As their own screenshot shows, they did NOT void any charge. The only voiding occurred because I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Their own screenshot shows that the reason for voiding is chargeback.(3) They claim in this response that they informed me of the "voiding" on 1/9/2017. No such thing happened. Instead, on 1/9/2017, they emailed me: "we see that a chargeback has been made. Can you please confirm this?". When I replied once again explaining and begging them to address the support ticket, no such thing happened. (4) They fought back the dispute with my credit card company, and the amount has been charged back to me by the company. To summarize, a chargeback happened, not voiding. The chargeback has been reversed because the merchant disputed the chargeback, and as of this writing, I am still liable for $26.03 per my credit card company.Regards,
