 I just opened the product, it was never opened until recently, and installed it correctly and it almost blew my tv out. It was faulty.

On March 2, 2015, [redacted] had a stroke. He is the sole employee and owner of Etouchlamps. He is unable to process any orders. I have refunded everyone through paypal and with closure of his website. If you did not receive payment after you filed the complaint please email me and let me know. I am sorry for the inconvenience. No one but him knew anything about the business.
