Greenway Heating and Cooling was excellent from the beginning. Our family purchased a home in Indiana while selling our residence in New York. The furnace and hot water tank in the home we were purchasing was original to the house so we wanted them replaced with updated units asap. We needed a figure for negotiating our home purchase price and Greenway not only had the best response time showing up for an on site estimate but they were also the most affordable. Central air/heating was a new thing for us and [redacted] was extremely informative about the available products, the installation process, and what was most practical options for the layout of our home.
Greenway's installation team was very friendly and professional, I was completely at ease with them in my home. They also cleaned up after themselves, and I'm aware there are contractors out there who don't so that did not go unappreciated.
I've burned wood as a main heat source most of my life and am not used to hearing a furnace blower run. Due to having a bi-level home we were advised to run the fan in order to bring the upstairs and downstairs to a more constant temperature. Days after the furnace installation I realized that the fan blowing was louder than what I considered tolerable so I contacted [redacted]'s office. They were extremely friendly and [redacted] himself was at my home that day. He made some adjustments to the furnace, explaining everything to me as he went. I don't even hear it anymore!!!
Jodie has also been very helpful every time I've contacted the office. We were eligible for rebates on units we purchased and she forwarded the information we needed right away.
We have been impressed with Greenway in every aspect and plan on using them for all of our heating / cooling / and electrical needs. We would recommend them without a doubt!!
