Usually my mother has taken care of buying my carsI have put my stamp of approval, but she has taken care of the business endEven with my inexperience I feel that I have been treated well at ChaseI was in a car wreck where my car was totaledWhen I went there and told the manager what my price range wasHe showed me a coupleI told him I would like to get a Carfax on a Ford Fusion, and he said that was fineI saw a Prius and fell in love He let me drive it around the blockI asked about the car, and he said that it was his father'sWhen I asked if it was used, he said it wasI also asked if I could get it checked out by another mechanic, if I should do it before or after I bought it, Tyler said I could do it before On the day that the car was to be taken to Firestone, I was at school trying to make up tests, assignments and keep up with current course schedulesI was not able to take the car to FirestoneHe had someone take it there, and when I got to Firestone that night at Chase's closing time and did not have a way to get the car backHe had someone pick it up [redacted] at Firestone said that there was nothing wrong with the car, and when I asked about the battery he said that was something only the dealership could do since it was a hybrid car My mother had researched about the car and said the battery at 200,had to be replaced and that it costs $plus laborWhen I asked Tyler about it, he said that it was the original as far as he knewFrom a Carfax that I got on it, it seems that is true as well as regular maintenance and parts being replacedHowever I had a friend go and look at itI didn't have my phone, so he responded to my emailMr [redacted] had the keys and had already checked it out when I got thereIt was close to closing time, so we only drove around the car lot But due to the reservations of MrReuben and my mother, I asked if I could get the battery checked out at a dealerTyler said I could, and when I had it arranged for the following Tues he said that was fineThis is where I am in buying the carI have read the complaints, but so far I have not seen anything badSince it is a used car I realize that when I buy it there might be problems

The morning that the issue with Mr [redacted] and his son happened, my staff reached out to him and apologized for the issueThe schedule did say Adult swim, however, the lifeguard should have accommodated them.? After my staff reached out to Mr [redacted] , the lifeguards were met with and received training on being flexible and accommodating to members.? ? Even with my inexperience I feel that I have been treated well at Chase. I was in a car wreck where my car was totaled. When I went there and told the manager what my price range was. He showed me a couple. I told him I would like to get a Carfax on a Ford Fusion, and he said that was fine. I saw a 2008 Prius and fell in love.

He let me drive it around the block. I asked about the car, and he said that it was his father's. When I asked if it was used, he said it was. I also asked if I could get it checked out by another mechanic, if I should do it before or after I bought it, Tyler said I could do it before.

On the day that the car was to be taken to Firestone, I was at school trying to make up tests, assignments and keep up with current course schedules. I was not able to take the car to Firestone. He had someone take it there, and when I got to Firestone that night at Chase's closing time and did not have a way to get the car back. He had someone pick it up. My mother had researched about the car and said the battery at 200,000 had to be replaced and that it costs $3000 plus labor. When I asked Tyler about it, he said that it was the original as far as he knew. From a Carfax that I got on it, it seems that is true as well as regular maintenance and parts being replaced. However I had a friend go and look at it. I didn't have my phone, so he responded to my email. Mr. [redacted] had the keys and had already checked it out when I got there. It was close to closing time, so we only drove around the car lot.

Tyler said I could, and when I had it arranged for the following Tues he said that was fine. This is where I am in buying the car. I have read the complaints, but so far I have not seen anything bad. Since it is a used car I realize that when I buy it there might be problems.
