Took days without AC to get parts, but the tech, K [redacted] , was very helpful and efficient once parts arrivedUnit now working well

on Friday, 5/I called ETR to let them know my AC unit was leaking gallons of water in the floor,sent a guy out that replaced a PVC pipe
The water was still leaking the night he left although I didn't want to call over the weekend or a holiday to be charged an after hours feeI called Tuesday and *** came out and said oh, I see what the problem isyour coils need to be cleaned, so I asked why did the first guy that came out not notice thatHe said he did not know whySo now they are trying to charge me $for an issue that should have been resolved the first time they came out after I already paid them $I am still having the same issue and this is horrible customer service and I want it fixed and I refuse to pay $to fix something that should have been caught the first time!
