Review: I purchased an item from etraveler gear that is defective. I follwed their online directions for returning items and the item was returned to me as "insufficient address". I rechecked address given online for sending returns and it was the correct address. In the last 10 days I have sent them 3 emails and called three times, to try to find out what the problem is with their given address. The phone calls go directly to voice mail and have never been returned. My emails have never been answered.Desired Settlement: To return this item and get a refund
