We have reached out to *** *** and his daughter Our General Sales Manager spoke with his daughter, *** and documents were emailed to them to review We contacted the customer to speak further but they were not available *** *** returned the call, left a voicemail
and stated to call him the following day We called him and were told that he would be out sick for a few days

Our General Sales Manager gave the customer a call to discuss her concerns. All issues were resolved, and a refund check was sent to the customer as requested

We contacted the customer and again apologized to her for the error that occurred by the credit card company She has confirmed that the refund was issued to her

The cancellation the customer requested was processed and the copy of the credit card refund was emailed to the customer

The customer's $deposit has been returned to him. I scanned and emailed to him a copy of the refund slip for the credit card. I followed up with a phone call to confirm that this was taken care of

I am in total disagreement and will pursue Legal action.They are lacking in their % customer service goals !!!!!Misrepresentation ..manipulation on trade infailure to provide correct information and equipment

showroom at Planet Honda for the third time and had test driven multiple times and multiple vehicles.  You purchased a 2018 Honda Civic EX-L for $23,092 plus taxes and fees with a trade in value for your 2015 Lexus RX 350 of $27,800.  You provided a title to your vehicle and signed all appropriate paperwork.  You took delivery of the vehicle on the same day.It is clear to me that all of your paperwork is entirely in order.  It appears that you want to negotiate a "better deal" after having completed the transaction.  Unfortunately, this is not possible.  You would be outraged if we attempted to renegotiate the deal for a higher price after you took delivery and made payment.  Consequently, we are unwilling to renegotiate the transaction after purchase.  Please know that you purchased this vehicle at invoice price.  You received fair value for your trade-in, especially considering the condition of the vehicle.It is clear that all paperwork is in order and is duly executed.  You will receive the trade equity of $4,010 within approximately one (1) week of the transaction date.I am sorry that you feel this was not a good experience.  However, all of the paperwork is consistent and clear.Best regards,BillWilliam S. The customer has been contacted and we are in the process of sending new paperwork to reflect the payment requested by the customer in the complaint.
We will continue to communicate with the customer until the process is complete.

The customer did not recall the salesperson giving back the registration with the drivers license.  The salesperson recalls handing both back to the customer.  He and many other employees did a complete search for the document.  The customer was contacted and told we would get her a...
