The customer did not recall the salesperson giving back the registration with the drivers license The salesperson recalls handing both back to the customer He and many other employees did a complete search for the document The customer was contacted and told we would get her a duplicate registration immediately I spoke with her today and told her is was ready She is local and will be picking up today
