Review: On February 13, 2013 I placed an order for cross bars that stated that they were compatiable with a 2011 Jeep Compass Limited Edition. On April 15, 2013, after having some trouble installing them I contacted the seller and they advised me that they were not compatible with my vehicle. However, since it was past the 30 days of purchase they were hesitant to take them back. I did explain to them that their site clearly states that the cross bars were compatiable with my vehichle and that was an error on their part. On May 8th, 2013 they agreed to the return. The cross bars were sent back to them via UPS and received at their warehouse on May 14th. To date I've contacted them via email numerous times regarding my refund and have yet to get a response.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of $99.95.
