Review: The shuttle service I experienced through ETS Airport Shuttle was absolutely unacceptable! I waited 1.5 hrs to be picked up after my reservation time, then drove around picking up other passengers for 30 min, and finally arrived at my destination 2.5 hrs after I planned to. There was no one I could get in contact with to complain for the past month (phone or email), and the driver was not helpful in resovling my situation. In fact, my driver argued with me and drove poorly in his unkepmt van. Other reviews say the same and I suggest you do not put yourself in this situation....find another shuttle!Desired Settlement: $32 paid for the shuttle

Review: Dear Revdex.com, It's a shuttle from new jersey airport to JFK on july ** who supposed to leave 14h30. I both my ticket , The agent tall me that the suttle will leave in exact time . The van came 14h15 and my flight from JFK to Charlotte is 17h00. They was enough time to get on time. The problem is that when the driver came he did'nt want to leave only with 6 passengers. He started driving around the airport from terminal to another terminal looking for more passengers. I tall him he cannot do that. We have to leave now otherwise we all will miss our flights. He say he do not care and he do not want to leave only with 6 passengers. At that time I found my self in the middle of struglles. Ask for reimburse and take a taxi or what to do? To reimburse me I have to go back inside the terminal ask for reimburse and then find a taxi will only delay my situation. Finally when we left it's was 15h30. We got to JFK 16h40, and us you can see I missed my flight. I was so apset, mad and totaly hungry with the driver and his company. All other passenger also was so hungry. The driver did'nt show any excuses or any remorses. My reservation number for this van is [redacted] and it's was on ** of july 2014. Please help me to resolve this matter. I endup paying fee for another fly for next day and also car rental . ON THE SAME DAY I HAVE TRIED TO REACH THE [redacted] FORM THE AIR PORT WHO IS [redacted] AND HE PROMISE TO CALL ME BACK BUT NOTHINGH AFTER THAT. HIS FONE NUMBER IS [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want the reimburse for the fee for the airlines ticket who is $250.00 and for the car rental rental who is $80.00 and $1000.00 for the moral damage. That all I want ...and please help me to resolve this issue on the peaceful matter....Thank you

Review: I have booked a 10 passengers pickup/drop-off with ETS Airport Shuttle as follows:

Pickup 10 passengers from Queens at 6:15 AM to JFK - Pick up 10 passengers at JFK July **, 2014 at 3:00 PM back to Queens.

Purpose of the trip was to meet two other groups at FLL airport, together to catch a cruise ship to go on vacation as I have planned.

ETS Airport Shuttle never showed up and we missed our plane.

Summary:

The day before (July **), I call ETS to ensure that all is well for the next day. The rep. confirms to me that all is well for pick up the next day (July **).

6:00 am: - July ** (pickup day) I call ets, office is closed.

6:10 am: - I call again rep tells me there is no driver assigned to me, will call me back.

6: 15 am: - I call again, rep tells me no driver for me, call a taxi. I ask to speak to [redacted] - none available - rep gives me phone # of manager.

6:30 am - I call [redacted] no response.

6:35 am - Now I have no choice but to make other arrangements right away for 10 people with luggage going to airport. I had meetings planned both at FLL airport and onboard the Cruise ship with the other two groups that were supposed to meet our group of 10 from NY.

By the time to find new transportation, we missed our plane and barely made the ship.

There are two people from the NY group who are threatening to sue me.

After many phone, email exchanges with ETS to no avail, on August **, 2014, I received a phone call from a person identifying himself as the [redacted] of the company telling me with a threatening tone that "ETS is not scared of me, ets has good lawyers, good policies and insurance. I should stop bothering them."

Copies of all written exchanges are available upon request.Desired Settlement: Considering that I had to put out my money to hire 2 new mini vans for round trip fares, and I had to cover the penalty charged by the airline for booking new flights, I am only requesting the amount of $900.00 that I spent and was not in my vacation budget.

I am sincerely hoping that you can help with this matter.
