Good Morning, I just received this letter today and I wanted to respond as I am past the 10 days from the letter.   I am completely appalled that this situation was not taken care of before our guest left our hotel.  I am unsure of the situation and why our guest was charged a smoking fee.  I will be going in today to issue a refund to our guest and if in future if they would like to return we will take care of all charges during the stay. Regards, [redacted]General ManagerRamada Jacksonville-Baymeadows###-###-####www.ramadabaymeadows.com
