Etude

Review: I contacted the company woodwind and brass that I purchased a saxophone from about a warrenty issue, sticking keys and a missing pad. They told me I needed to contact manufacturer, Etude. When I could get no reply from manufacturer and no phone number was avaiable I called woodwin and brass back. They said I needed to contact Asurion. I contacted Asurion about an extended warranty on my sons saxophone, keys sticking and a pad was missing and they kept Sending me back to the company Woodson and brass who transferred me to Asurion. After dealing with at least three people from the companies for almost a month, through hours of phone calls, emails and driving to the music store there is still no resolution. This has been going on since the beginning of May and my son actually had to play in his band concert with the broken sax. I have asked for return calls from supervisors and have never been called back. Today I had woodwind and brass ask for a supervisor with me on the line and it took us over an hour and Jacoby,my he supervisor from Asurion was absolutely no help.Desired Settlement: Refund or repair. New warrenty. Change in policy so no one else has to go through this frustration.
