payment. This Trex was completely customized to Mr. [redacted]s request with custom wheels, Paint, stereo system, seats, Led lights and much more. Mr. [redacted]s was somewhat keeping up with his payments with some becoming late but with no major problems and paying his late fees.   On 09/01/2016 a payment was made of $2,500 but on 9/07/16 our bank notified us that the check was returned do to insufficient funds. By 9/26/2016 Mr. [redacted] started to complain about work that was done, prices that “he says” were too high and stock items he did not receive when the Trex was customized 17 months earlier.   As per our signed contract, if payment is more than 15 days late the [redacted] is able to be repossessed. We gave Mr. [redacted] every chance to make payment on his account but was no longer willing to and after 3 months of no payment, we repossessed the Trex on 10/31/2016.    On 11/03/2016 we sent a certified letter to Mr. [redacted] informing him that he then had 10 days to pay the outstanding balance of the vehicle or he will lose all rights to it and will become property of Etune Autosports. As per the [redacted] tracking number this letter was sent to Mr. [redacted]s home address but was not signed for. The letter than sat at Mr. [redacted]s local Post Office for a additional 15 days before returning to us. Joseph I now need 30k down payment which I have him on text message for 20k, when I asked him for my money back he said the unit was at the paint shop and he had ordered stereo equipment. 6/12/15 I'm calling mr. Joseph he won't return my phone calls which he has over 20k dollars of my money with no contract and still haven't started on the vehicle. 7/22/15 he starting to put the vehicle together I guess it take 3 months to paint a small vehicle plus motorcycle? 7/23/15 mr. Joseph said the bike was ready, 8/07/15 I sign a contract what a down payment of 30k . 8/11/15  Etune Autosport deliver my motorcycle which still was complete, 08/12/15  signal light not working which mr. Joseph forgot to install and when I told him about it he didn't want to come and fix it, he later mailed me the part and I couldn't get it on, I had to pay a body shop here in town to put it on, some customer service after I paid 30k down on a vehicle.08/17/15 L.E.D light stopped working 09/10/15 mr. Joseph got more parts in for vehicle I had to install them. 10/05/15 I spoke with mr. Joseph my tags was going out it's now over 30 days I should have had that bike registered in my name, 10/09/15 I took the vehicle back to mr. Joseph to fix my lights and get my tags, 10/20/15 Etune Auto Sports replace my tags with dealer tags.12/28/15 mr. Joseph call and said  more parts was in for my vehicle by now my vehicle still haven't been complete which no registration in my name, is really unacceptable by etune Autosports, I mean I could go on and on and on it just don't stop.on 09/08/16 mr. Joseph call and told me my check had return, I told mr. Joseph with all the mechanical problems and issues I had with this vehicle for him to sell vehicle and he offered to buy it and said he was going to pick it up. 09/26/16 mr. Joseph now is calling me about a loan payment which he and I agreed he would pick the vehicle up and sell it and I wouldnt  have to make payments. 10/31/16 mr. Joseph called me and asked me if I still had the vehicles for sale which I told him absolutely, I asked  mr. Joseph to sign some kind of agreement with me picking it up he didn't want to do it, he kept saying he was trying to help me sell the vehicle and I finally gave in I just wanted  to wash my hand with this deal we had.12/05/16 l call mr. Joseph to see how the vehicle was selling he told me he repossessed the vehicle from me now, I have over 60k investment in this motorcycle Etune Autosports should be accountable for their actions.
