I am rejecting this response because not evidence was provided like an invoice from the mattress company showing when that LQ had new mattresses delivered to them and how many.? ? LQ can make any "policy" statement they want ............they can write you the Revdex.com anything they want claiming they did it.? ? However, no proof of what they stated was provided.? ? It was all just words.? ? And, the other matter of the rugs being so filthy were not even addressed.? ? ALSO............YOU AT THE Revdex.com GO OUT ON YELP FOR THIS HOTEL .............YOU WILL FIND NUMEROUS OTHER COMPLAINTS AS TO HOW OLD AND DIRTY IT WAS..............AND THESE POSTS WERE JUST THIS SUMMER.? ? So for LQ to say they have not had complaints is not true.?
