Review: [redacted]Alphonso Mislead client and did not provide warranty disclosures [redacted]I purchased a 7 series BMW from EU Motor Sports last week and was told by Alphonso that I had a 30 day Warranty that covers" Bumper to Bumper Except the Bumper including electrical" (he failed attempt at humor. The following week, I noticed that my driver side seat was not functioning property so I took it to the local BMW dealership and they confirmed a malfunctioned Actuator Motor. I was quoted $480 to replace the part and install it. I then called EU Motor Sports and spoke to Alphonso who then claimed that he never told me that the warranty was bumper to bumper and said that the warranty was a power train only. EU Motor Sports never even gave me a full copy of the warranty. Future prospective customers need to beware. When you meet Alphonso he will purport that he is a God Fearing Man, He'll try to get you to talk about your faith if your a Christian, he'll keep caller you his "Friend or Brother" however as soon as you get off that LOT expect to have issues with your car and not horrible service when you try to call back for a solution.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a violation be held against EU Motor Sports for their failure to provide FULL warranty disclosures to the client. I only received a single page documents that was barely legible and a general summary of the warranty. This document discussed a "Copy of the full warranty document" which was never provided to me.
