7/25/We met with Mr*** in the office and resolved all miscommunication regarding the contract and refunded him his deposit
Mr*** was happily satisfied with the resolution and offered to remove this complaint from the Revdex.com
David [redacted] came to my home to provide an estimate for a relatively small job. My husband was not home at the time and David repeatedly told me that he felt like he was wasting his very valuable time talking to me. I was insulted and belittled. He also indicated that he felt that the quote he was going to provide would be out of our league, and he told me a story about a $40,000 job he did for a jockey. My husband actually found his estimate to be within reason if the product is really as good as they say, but we would not even consider hiring him after my experience with him.
Ronny Hooker, Janis Cordis, and their staff have been caring for my animals for many many years and I have nothing but great things to say about them! It's all about the animals with them, not the money. These people love animals and it's clear by the way they treat my pets, treat me, and go above and beyond to try to save a dying pet. I trust them implicitly with my dogs and my dogs love them! I strongly recommend them to every animal lover!
