I spoke to Ms*** on Friday (before receipt of this complaint) immediately following the only message we have received from her I provided instructions to resolve her issue

The email sent directly to MsTarvis on 7/7/at 9:57am addressed the issues you mention below. The customer was not charged $80, the customer applied for and agreed to a Eufora Credit Builder installment loan
back in 2009. The total loan amount was $and only of payments were received. Email and phone correspondence would have occurred back in regarding this account. However, as I mention in the email below, we have voided the account and any negative entries that might be appearing on the customer's credit report due to any confusion that she might have experienced. It typically takes - days for this update to appear on her credit reports.I believe that I provided a copy of this email already in my last correspondence with you.For privacy purposes, I cannot publicly disclose this information.Let me know what other questions you have.Mia

back in 2009.  The total loan amount was $240 and only 4 of 24 payments were received.  Email and phone correspondence would have occurred back in 2004 regarding this account.  However, as I mention in the email below, we have voided the account and any negative entries that might be appearing on the customer's credit report due to any confusion that she might have experienced.  It typically takes 30 - 60 days for this update to appear on her credit reports.I believe that I provided a copy of this email already in my last correspondence with you.For privacy purposes, I cannot publicly disclose this information.Let me know what other questions you have.Mia

I will wait to see if they have removed this off my credit within the 60days+. I will also dispute on my credit report too.
