I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I have spoken with the own of Desert Moon Inspection in reference to complaint *** and would like to remove the complaint regarding a child on the premisesThe young man does look very young and at first glance, does look like a year oldI do feel however that the agent's quality of work is very lackingI feel that if there is something that an agent does not know how to operate that he should provide a non-bias recommendationWhat I found to be very disturbing is the fact that he provided unrealistic cost of repairs for certain itemsThat is the job for a licensed contractor. Yes, the agent's report did cost of the sell of our home, and I strongly feel that it could have been avoided had the agent provided an un-biased report

In Response to your complaint With no response from the phone call we attempted to reach out. 1st Why not call the company and ask to speak with the owner to express your concern before posting on the Revdex.com??? 2nd After Investing the
complaint and speaking to Scott Wargo who works for our companyOur Termite inspector Bryant a Third party inspectorThe Buyer and the Buyers Agent all state there was NOT a child present during the inspection and all are prepared to validate the claim is False. There was no ones child there and no child in danger of getting hurt nor were you at riskThe only conclusion we can come up with is that you mistook the Termite inspector who is shorter and looks like a teenagerYet is mid 20's with a child of his own for a "Small Child" It my understanding that the buyer who was our client backed of purchasing your home do to the findings during the inspection. Making accusations to seek damage to our companies reputation is ridiculousI will gladly help with any concerns and provide documentation from the WitnessesI would appreciate your removal of this complaint
