We had Mid Willamette appliance come to our home to repair our refrigerator. They initially came out and said it was a bad compressor and would need to order a new one and it would take about a week. We paid for the part $238.38 and Kevin W came out to install it. I made a check out to him for $160 as he was DBA, for the labor. The refrigerator did not work after the repair, after contacting Kevin,he said that they guaranteed their work and he would come back out.It took a week for him to show up and he said the the compressor he installed was bad and had to order a new one.It took another week for him to install the new compressor. The refrigerator worked for about a week and a half and stopped working again.I Email Kevin and he said they guaranteed their work and he would look at it the next day, so my wife stayed home waiting for him to show up and He never did. I have left several phone messages and Emails with him with no response. So to date we have gone 1 1/2 months with out a working refrigerator.

I paid mid Willamette appliance for a service call in the amount of $80.00 on December 23,2019 and an additional $115.00 for bake relay board in a check. Invoice number ***. I was told part would arrive in a week. After two weeks I called left a message on January 4,2020. No call back. I called again and left message on Jan 6,2020 at 2:15pm and no call back. I called again the same day at 3:15 and talked to the owner who said part would arrive on the 8th of Jan 2020 and we agreed on him coming out Jan 09,2020 between 9-11am. When no one showed I waited and called at 12:45pm and the owner said he had an personal emergency and promised to be out in the afternoon. No one showed. I have yet to hear back as he said if was going to be late he would call. No call.

Kevin G W pretends to be a licensed contractor who came to my house Oct4th to fix my oven. He offered me a discount if I gave him cash for a part he said I needed. I wrote a check out to him personally not his busness he claimed to operate He then made 5 different appointments and never showed up called or anything. Over a month went by and then showed up on Halloween saying he got the wrong part, I told him I would leave the door unlocked the next day so he could install the correct part and that I wouldn't be home. I came home sat to see it still not fixed and when asking for my money back on sunday Nov. 3rd he told me he couldn't return the part that it was a special order part. Then I said I would take him to court and he said he would sue me for harassment then seen I wrote a negative review and he then told me he would sue me for slander if I didn't take my post down. He does this to several other people and should definitely be stopped!

This business came to my home , collected a check from me to order at part to fix my washing machine. I have not received the part or money refund

On or about April 10th 2019. Springfield Appliance came to my house to repair my refrigerator. and then called and told me it needed a new compressor. so he ordered the compressor he said I need to pay for labor and the compressor up front. so I gave him my charge card number. His name is Keven. I called him back later that day or the next day and told him that I found my warranty info and the compressor had a 10 year warranty. so he asked me to call The LG Company to replace the compressor, that would be sent to him. I did this and he told me he would refund my $391.00 for the compressor as soon as he received the one from LG. He received the compressor which was confirmed by the LG company. He does not return phone calls and does not show up for appointments. I have been texting him. He said in a text message on July 25th. That he refunded me $391.00 but it would take 7 to 10 days that was on July 25, not a credit or word from him. In the mean time my refrigerator fixed its self some how. So I told him I want my full refund of $611.00 391.00 dollars for a compressor and 220.00 dollars for the labor he never preformed. I have called my bank card company to dispute the charges and they are trying to help, but it has been past the 3 month period so they may not be able to help me. I have also tried to call paypal because the 220.00 was through them and I also gave a complaint to FTC. where should I go from here. Thanks for you help in advance.

The service technician came out on 4/11/2019 to diagnose my oven problem. He said he could get the part and so I paid him for it. The part never came and so I asked for a refund. He said he would send one out. I have never received a refund. It is now July 3rd. He is dodging my calls, emails and text messages.

I was told I would recieve a refund 3 months ago and when I am able to contact the buisness they keep saying later today or tomorrow I will recieve the refund. Now they wont even answer my calls and are avoidung me and giving me my money back altogether.
