Absolutely incredible customer serviceMy air conditioner went out at about 3:PM on Friday, in 100+ degree heatI thought I would have to wait until Monday but I called MrD*** who said he would be out between 6:30-7:PM after his last service call of the day, at PMHe arrived at about 6:PM(on that same Friday)He didn't have the part he needed and his usual supplier was closed but said he could get it the following day, if the parts supplier was openMrD*** came back the next day, at about 9:AM (on a Saturday!) fixed my air conditioner and didn't charge extra for weekend work, after having to crawl up in my attic in degree heatMy system is older and I have had to have other repairs done in the last two yearsEach time, MrD*** arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently, used good quality parts at a reasonable priceMrD*** is the owner of his business and his customer service showsI also found him to be very personableI would wholeheartedly recommend him

I thought I would have to wait until Monday but I called Mr. D[redacted] who said he would be out between 6:30-7:00 PM after his last service call of the day, at 6 PM. He arrived at about 6:40 PM. (on that same Friday). He didn't have the part he needed and his usual supplier was closed but said he could get it the following day, if the parts supplier was open. Mr. D[redacted] came back the next day, at about 9:00 AM (on a Saturday!) fixed my air conditioner and didn't charge extra for weekend work, after having to crawl up in my attic in 100 degree heat. My system is older and I have had to have 2 other repairs done in the last two years. Each time, Mr. D[redacted] arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently, used good quality parts at a reasonable price. Mr. D[redacted] is the owner of his business and his customer service shows. I also found him to be very personable. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.
