I initially contacted Eugene Golubtsov looking for parts to complete a project Golubtsov stated by phone that he would promptly supply the parts for $ I paid Golubtsov $on February 10, Numerous status checks resulted in no reply An additional status check resulted in Golubtsov stating that he was "busy with family" A subsequent status check has Golubtsov stating that he was "shipping the parts tonight" Another status check requesting a tracking number for the alleged shipment resulted in no reply from Golubtsov Finally, on March 30, I sent an email to Golubtsov simply requesting a refund of the $ Golubtsov has not provided a refundGolubtsov took $from me and supplied nothing Not only did he fail to honor his side of the deal, he evaded contact with me and even lied about shipping the parts

Review: Lugerman has had my 1920 Luger for 6 months now. He originally quoted 2 months on the refurbishment project. The 2 months have long since passed. Over the past 4 months I've sent numerous emails requesting a completion date. Most of the time he ignores my emails. When he does respond it's always with a promise of 2 more weeks. He has cashed my checks, now I want nothing more than to have the work completed and to have my Luger sent back to me.Desired Settlement: Complete the agreed upon work and deliver my gun back to me within 10 days.
