Eugene Gutter Service refuses to send me a warranty for the work done at my homeI supplied my email address and gave the guys who actually did the job a check for the total amount on siteThey said that a receipt and warranties for the job (labor and product) would be sent to me via emailThey have not sent the receipt or warranties despite job completion and full paymentI have also called them to politely remind them but they have not courteously returned my call either

Eugene Gutter Service installed gutters at our house on Jan 18, The work and materials are under warranty At least leaks have been detected since the installation My wife (*** ***) and I have contacted them at least times, most recently on May 24, asking for repairs Each time the person we spoke with promised to get their crew out to our house for the repair and calling us before they were to come The work was to be done by May 25, but they have not contacted us as of todayIt seems like a brush-off, typical of non-professional business enterprises avoiding their responsibilities in repairing work that was not well done

This was simply a miscommunication/misunderstandingWe are more than happy to provide *** *** with the warranty and receiptWe have sent the documents to the email address providedThe client was listed under *** ***

the customer has been contacted and the problem has been resolved
