Review: Prior to dental service, I asked how much I would need to pay and how much my insurance would cover. I came for the service and receptionist said that they had checked with the insurance and on 9-19-13, date of service, I was told my payment would be $450. On 9-19-13 I paid $225 dollars and was told then that my balance would be $225.I was billed $806. This is not the amount I was told I would be billed. Also, the amount I had already paid was not deducted from the total amount. I called and left a message. My phone call was never returned. I called on a second occasion and spoke to someone and left a message and my call was never returned.Ive been billed twice via mail for the $806 amount, not the amount told to be at time of service; Ive called twice and my phone calls have never been returned.Desired Settlement: I would like to pay the $225 amount that I was told I would pay in the beginning at the time of service; I asked if this was my amount and that the insurance was paying the rest, and the answer was yes. I would like to pay $225.
