Eugene West Used Auto Parts

I leased a car from Eugene West on Friday Feburary 21,2020, when I left the heat In the car did not work,and both axels were broken. He told me to bring the car back to him on Monday Feburary 24,2020 because he was about to close. I brought the car to lumberton and it shut off and wouldn't start back. I asked for a refund because it was to many problems with the car and since I never signed anything stating that there were no refunds. He said I could give him his car back but I couldn't get a refund. I asked could I at least trade for another car so I wouldn't lose out on my money. He made me pay him an extra thousand dollars just to trade cars and uped the price on it to 6000 in all. After looking into some things I'm not even sure if he is supposed to be leading cars to people cause I didnt have any papers to sign but a bill of sales. Never signed any other contracts. After I gave him the extra 1000 and drove off with the other car without insurance on it, they wouldn't give me 30 day tags, he told me to go take them off of the other car which is fake tags.
