Eulogio's Pool

These people are working for my neighbors and instead of working from their side they flooded my driveway with dirty water while my neighbor’s side is nice and clean. Terrible and rude to neighbors. I told them to move their cones out of my driveway so I could get my car out and they ignored me. I kicked the cones off my property. When you work for people stay on their property and don’t bother neighbors.

Make sure not to pay this man till your job is completely finished. He's a liar and will never return to complete job. Make sure you go over contract thoroughly. Because he'll write something differently on contract, tells you something different and does something differently. Very misleading. Never will I do business with him or recommend him. Very unprofessional and $5000 down the drain. Unprofessional crew.

Review: I entered a verbal contract to have my pool re-plastered with Eulogio's Pool Plastering. Upon completion, the pool has leaked constantly both into the street and underneath the pool structure. For two months, Eulogio's has said they would come and repair the leak. This leak is costing us a significant amount of money daily as we have to keep filling the pool. We are concerned, if not repaired quickly and correctly, the structure of the pool itself will be compromised. I have called several times a day for these two months and he has failed to answer the phone and/or show up when promised.Desired Settlement: We will settle with a proper repair to his plastering job if resolved by June 1, 2016. If not, we will seek restitution through civil court for the money lost due to his poor workmanship.

Review: Where do I begin?? On July 31st 2015 Eulogio's and myself entered into a contract for him to build me a pool. We created a contract to get the pool built, work done and scheduled payments due as work would be completed. Eulogio's was to build a pool for me and my family with in a 30 day window as long as weather permitted. As of 12/5/2015 my pool is not finished. It has been a constant battle to get Eulogio's to show up to do work and the price for work that was already agreed upon. Eulogio was looking to charge more at every step. It has been the most aggravating experence of my life. Eulogio's still need to fix the back of the pool wall I have rebar hanging out of the back of my pool wall which is very dangerous, pool leaks water at about 1/4 inch per day, pool pump and other pool plumbing leaks water that Eulogio's installed and Eulogio's messed up the pool plaster they installed by allowing water to leak inside the pool while installing the plaster. Because Eulogio's allowed the dirty ground water into the plaster mix while installing it I now have a horrible green blue plaster color in the deep end and nice pretty blue color in the shallow end. I was also supposed to get a Polaris installed according to the contract and still don have that. I have called Eulogio's many many many times and he has told me multiple times he would come a fix the issues but he never showes and now he does not answer the phone and respond to txt's. I have paid Eulogio's in full and at this point I don't know where to turn so hopefully the Revdex.com can help!Desired Settlement: Fix the pool leakFinish the back of the wall so it's safe for people to walk aroundReplaster the pool so I have one pretty blue color. Fix the leak by the pump and pool plumbingRespray the cool deck as promised because of sloppy work with pool plaster I have blue spots on itReceive and install pool Polaris Grout areas that were supposed to be grouted originally.

Review: Eulogio S[redacted] contracted with me to pave a driveway,build a tiled wall between the parking area & pool, re-plumb a pool w/ jets & fountains & drain. The contract price was $15,000.00 w/ half payable up front & the balance due upon completion of all work. Before even completing the driveway work, HE DEMANDED & was PAID $10,850.75 (even exhibiting a handgun once). When a City Inspector appeared & ordered work on the wall ceased -due to substandard workmanship, Mr. S[redacted] left & never returned (despite requests), nor refunded any money despite having done only approx. 35% of the contract work.

Upon learning he had defrauded others, I filed a small claims complaint, however, he failed to even appear in Court. I've had to hire other companys to repair what work was done & the vast amount never attempted.Desired Settlement: Refund of at least $5,000.00.

Review: We hired Mr. [redacted] from Eulogio's Pool Plastering [redacted] to renovate our in ground swimming pool. We signed an agreement with him on Feb. 8th, 2014 at which time he assured my husband and I, it would take only 3 days to complete. It actually went on for 2 months and the work was never done. He came to my house 2 days later to drain the pool and then did not return for 2 weeks. We gave him $3,500 dollars for supplies and to begin working on the pool, however, other than draining the pool and doing minor chipping around the pool, work still was not completed. We called several times to find out when he would return to start the work again but he would not answer. These phone calls went on for days. It wasn't until I called from a different phone number that he answered the phone and assured me he and his men would be at my house the next day to work on the pool. He did not show up on that day either. We continued to call and my husband left several messages for him but still could not get him to answer his phone On March 31st he finally answered our text and said he would be at our house for 3pm. He did not show up until 5pm and the men had to drain the pool again due to several days of rain and no work done on the pool. They did not show up the next day or the next until finally I pulled the plug on this agreement and requested a refund as he breached his contract to complete the work in 3 days as he stated. We were now in the month April. On April 2nd, my husband and I decided not to continue with this unprofessional theft who took our money and did not do the job that he was scheduled to do. We did not pay the total amount for renovating our pool, however we gave him $3,500 dollars to start and he did not do any work that was work $3500. We asked for our money back and have not heard from him since. Do not allow Eulogio's Pool Plastering Inc. to do any work for you. He is a liar and a thief who makes promises to do work and he does not showDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money due to the breach of his agreement and the time we spent chasing after him to complete our work. I have since hired a reputable company who have completed our renovations to the pool in a timely manner. It took them approximately 3 days to complete the work. I want a refund as I had to come pay more money on top of what I needed to renovate my pool. Eulogio's Pool Plastering took my $3500 and the work was not done as agreed upon.
