Dear sirthe customer info is not correct about Mrs. [redacted] and she still working for the company. we make this offer to settle the case with this customer and our offer to her to close the case due to our responsible attitude to resolve issue, but unfortunately see that the customer still is not willing to cover our minimum cost of cancel the contract.
