Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I appreciate the response back however I am completely unsatisfied with it seeing that there was barely any truth in itWhen arriving at euphoria I showed a couple of the employees a picture of a procedure called bayalage, which was a darker blonde root and low lights and highlights, seeing that my hair was already super blonde it shouldn't have been that difficult to achieveAll that needed to be done was to add several low lights and to darken the roots a tadInstead, I left with roots down to my ear, completely black and the rest fried with ashy tonesThe only reason the stylist was tipped was because I left with my hair wet to style it myself at homeOnce I blow dried my hair, I realized the damage done and that it was no where near what I wantedI never once rushed their employee because my daughter was well behavedI was with the "lighting treatment" in my hair for about hours which caused my hair to be fried and fall off in total I was there for hours so I have no idea how thats a rushed timeI also never got a hair cut so I have no idea where that information is coming fromI think it's completely unprofessional to lie about events that never occurredI have proof of two conversations with two other of Euphorias employees, one stated that "my hair was ruined and that the stylist that had done it was only working there for weeks, I dont understand how someone that new was tasked to do blonde hair which is one of the most difficult hairs to doI have hard proof and evidence of conversations and also what my hair looked like before, what picture I showed them and what I receivedAlso when asked to sign the chemical release form I was told it was simply to allow them to treat my hair no where was I told it stated no refunds, I should have read the document better yes I agree but that doesn't give the business the right to ruin their clients hairI am a hard working student and single mother, I do not deserve to work so hard for my money and have it wasted by paying someone to literally ruin my hair, I have several people who state the same and even wanted to go on a strikeI will have these individuals contact the Revdex.com as well because this is completely unethical to lie and also to ruin peoples hairin thw attachments I have provided a picture of myself before going to euphoria, and another picture of what I asked for and what I actually gotIt is unbelievable that a company that lies can get away with this.Regards, [redacted]

In regards to their credit, why would I want to revisit this salon when they have destroyed my hair. It's falling out and extremely course and dry, and that was NEVER the case with my hair. I've been to the doctor and other hair salons to make sure it wasnt concerning my health and they have all assured me it's from the excessive bleach. So, why would I want them to touch my hair again?!  Second, I live more than 400 miles away from this business. At the time I used their services, I did live up there but have since moved. I'm not driving 7 hours, one way, to use there credit. I want my money back, nothing else! Also, at no time, while I was in their salon, did I see their return policy posted. I believe that has to, not only be poste but visible to the public.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I appreciate the response back however I am completely unsatisfied with it seeing that there was barely any truth in it. When arriving at euphoria I showed a couple of the employees a picture of a procedure called bayalage, which was a darker blonde root and low lights and highlights, seeing that my hair was already super blonde it shouldn't have been that difficult to achieve. All that needed to be done was to add several low lights and to darken the roots a tad. Instead, I left with roots down to my ear, completely black and the rest fried with ashy tones. The only reason the stylist was tipped was because I left with my hair wet to style it myself at home. Once I blow dried my hair, I realized the damage done and that it was no where near what I wanted. I never once rushed their employee because my daughter was well behaved. I was with the "lighting treatment" in my hair for about 2.5 hours which caused my hair to be fried and fall off in total I was there for 4 hours so I have no idea how thats a rushed time. I also never got a hair cut so I have no idea where that information is coming from. I think it's completely unprofessional to lie about events that never occurred. I have proof of two conversations with two other of Euphorias employees, one stated that "my hair was ruined and that the stylist that had done it was only working there for 3 weeks, I dont understand how someone that new was tasked to do blonde hair which is one of the most difficult hairs to do. I have hard proof and evidence of conversations and also what my hair looked like before, what picture I showed them and what I received. Also when asked to sign the chemical release form I was told it was simply to allow them to treat my hair no where was I told it stated no refunds, I should have read the document better yes I agree but that doesn't give the business the right to ruin their clients hair. I am a hard working student and single mother, I do not deserve to work so hard for my money and have it wasted by paying someone to literally ruin my hair, I have several people who state the same and even wanted to go on a strike. I will have these individuals contact the Revdex.com as well because this is completely unethical to lie and also to ruin peoples hair. in thw attachments I have provided a picture of myself before going to euphoria, and another picture of what I asked for and what I actually got. It is unbelievable that a company that lies can get away with this.Regards,[redacted]

In response to the letter dated September 8, 2016:When Ms.*'** came to our salon on September 2nd 2016, the picture she showed that she wanted was of darkerhair with blonde highlights. To achieve this look the service provider would need to darken her root area andapply lowlights through the entire...

head. These 2 services would require the use of color, not enlightener (bleach).Having said that, Aveda color is 99% naturally derived* with a signature blend of protective plant oils includingsunflower, castor and jojoba oils infusing the hair with amazing shine for essentially damage·free results. The service provider then told Ms. [redacted] it wasn't going to turn out as requested, but the guest insisted it be donethis way. The stylist was asked by the guest, to speed up the process, as her and her young daughter hadsomewhere to be, not allowing the time needed to achieve the look that she required.Upon speaking with the stylist and the Manager of the salon, Ms.[redacted], was fully made aware and signed achemical release waiver explaining how our chemical process is used and also explains our return policy. Ms. [redacted]has signed this form acknowledging this. This is a NYS Law, for anyone that comes in for a color process. Being anew guest to the salon she was given the form to read over and sign in agreement and at any point reading overthe statement on the forms she could have chose to not go thru with the service. She had received a cut andhighlights, thus totaling $186.00, after the completion of her service she was happy enough to tip out for theservices provided, making a total of $191.00. Shortly, upon leaving the salon, Ms.[redacted] contacted the salon abouther dissatisfied service, the manager offered to fix Ms.[redacted] hair, and offered her an additional treatment to herhair (free conditioning treatment)and re-do with a color specialist. She refused to come back in ta even have ussee it. We understand Ms.[redacted] dissatisfaction of the services provided, and we had tried to resolve her issues withher hair color, to which at this time has not come in to the salon to resolve. This all being said, we proudly stand by the high quality of our products, services and the exceptional skills of ourproviders. Our stylist go through comprehensive training, and are not just placed on the floor. At this time, we feelwe have spoken with Ms. ••• and have tried to resolve this issue, to which Ms.[redacted] has refused. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.RegardTony G[redacted]
