Review: On Monday, November 3, 2014 the owner of Eurphraise Fashion Design was given a 60 dollar down payment and 27 yards of fabric (which I purchased from another company) to make a skirt totaling 100 dollars. She took my measurements and insured the skirt would be available on Wednesday, November 12, 2014. The owner and I both wrote all necessary information for this transaction in her log book (e.g. measurements, style, costumer name and contact information,and date of pick up). We even referenced the calendar in her sewing room to see exactly how many days away pick up date was. I called the owner on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 confirming pick up time for 11/12/14 at 5:30. The owner stated she would call me back, she refused to answer my question about picking up the skirt. My call was never returned. Several text were sent to her expressing my concern and inquire regarding her availability to give me the produce I requested and made partial payment on. I received a response on 11/12/14 via text stating and I quote "I'm so sorry. I'm not in tonw. Plzzzzzzz." I responded to this in both english and french stating she needed to explain what she meant and I needed my produce 11/12/14 at 5:30 for an event on 11/13/14. Beyond this situation being totally unprofessional on the owners part it is a major inconvenience, abuse of costumer service and care. Not only does she have my money, she has extra fabric I priced from another business and I am now out of a skirt to wear for a major event which she was well aware of. She has not answered any of my calls since 11/11/14 at approximately 6:30 for which she only stated she would call me "right now". The two text messages she sent only state that she is sorry and the last text stated "Tell me what to do." This is not how a professional handles business. Please advice me on the next steps to take in order to secure my product as well as the excess fabric I left to be picked up with the skirt on 11/12/14 at 5:30pm. Thank you.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the 60 dollar down payment returned as well as the 27 yards of fabric returned (the African print fabric totaling 25 yards and the gold faux shantung silk fabric totaling 2 yards) returned to me.
