Review: Found company in phone book. She meet my husband at our storage storage room we hired her to refinish a 7 piece dining set it was oak and we wanted a flat satin black finish .My husband asked asked all the right questions and so did I. (We contracted out the work due to the that we both had major neck surgery and could not handle the labor). We sold our home and purchased new furniture so we needed to change the color it cost 1995. 3 years ago.We paid [redacted] 500. to complete the work when she delived the pieces I eas unsatisfactoryhe pieces were chipped, they did not blast the old paint, the painted over dust, they did not return none of the hardware, they painted the felt in the drawers(bad) the chairs are half done, the table is popping up and peeling, and the hutch and buffet is chipping and dust is painted over. They sainded so baf you can not even see the grain. I started crying and I said you knoe [redacted] I like quality eveything I have is leather , this is unsatisfactory to me can you please take it back I dont care how long it takes as long as its done right.She stated that she had other jobs so I had her put something in writing stating shecwould fix the problems. Even her delivery man was rude he hit my walls and left black paint everywere and he stated I was not going to fo the inside because nobobody would see it anyway. Thanks.Desired Settlement: I would like the money back for my set, I have all the text begging her to pick up the set and fix it.I told her I would take her to court and she did not respond. I have begged this lady and she does not care.
