Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My Vehicle was parked in my designated spot assigned to me by the communityThe community has documentation on file that states that my vehicle should be where it wasI was not in the overflow parking I was in the spot that was given to me by the community In the agreement nowhere does it say that if you are in the parking spot that we have given you to park in that we have documented your vehicle to be at do you need to have your parking permitIt says "if you have have more than one vehicle,(which we do) you may park your other registered vehicle in unmarked overflow parking areaYour permit must be displayed at all times." Basically stating that if I'm not in the spot designated to my apartment than I need to have my permitAlso it says "if an unknown vehicle is parked in your assigned space, you are authorized to call the towing company directly." I never called this company to remove my car from my designated spotWhen I called the apartments after my car was towed they said yes you are permitted to be there the towing company just didn't know so they towed your car off the propertyI then asked "well don't you guys have documentation they told me that they do have the documents for the vehicles permitted on the property but they don't give that information to the company that tows the cars off the property which I was completely confused by Regards, [redacted]
