Awesome work, easy to work with. They came out with my insurance adjuster for any questions
We've owned 6 houses over the course of a few decades and this was the first time we've had to replace a roof. When we noticed a small leak in our bedroom, our hearts just sank because we expected the worst - that it would be outrageously expensive and we would have a hard time finding a contactor we could trust. Eureka was referred to us and after a couple conversations with ***, we felt much more at ease. He worked with our insurance carrier to get the most from our claim. When he met with us to review materials options, he gave us our out-of-pocket dollar estimate. When the final payment came from insurance, the estimate was almost to the penny. Working with Eureka refuted every single worry we had. We couldn't be happier with them, with our new roof and we highly recommend them.

On march of 2017 I contact Eureka contracting LLC to repair my roof, when they present their offer they state that it comes with a product guarantee of at least 10 years, and they also provide guarantee for their job, also they state that I will receive this guarantee in paper , so if I need to I can transferred to the next owner of the house.
Based on this I contract them to do the job, they work fast and efficiently, I don't have any complaint about that, after the job was done I paid almost $7000 in full , after that they told me that they would send me the guarantee and the invoice for their job.
It's being almost a year since that, I haven't received any guarantee or any invoice for their services, every time that I contact them via phone they refuse to give me an straight answer, or said "your paperwork is in process" last time that I contact them they stated that they send the pictures and information about the work to the provider of the material and that it will take a couple months for get this back, it's being more than 6 months since our last conversation and they haven't send me any paperwork or gave me any update. I been trying to contact them but their number goes to a voice mail after several rings, and they never return the calls.

Our sincere apology for this serious over site on my part. Our company went through some recent admin changes and we relocated our office, unfortunately this paperwork was overlooked.
That is not the way we have conducted business for the last 5 1/2 years. No excuse can be offered for this mistake on our part, I personally accept full responsibility of our inaction and will move forward to correct this situation. We will have the warranty issued by close of business Tuesday 2/13/18.
Is the customer asking for an $800 refund? I read that he was disputing $800 and did not know if we need to pay that amount. If so please let us know and we can issue payment next week.
Again my personal apology for not following up with the warranty paperwork in a timely manner, and for all the ensuing aggravation that I have caused. We will move forward with fulfilling our obligation with due diligence and will implement steps within our company to ensure that this does not happen again in the future.

We recently had our roof replaced by Eureka Contracting, LLC. We were quite pleased with the work, the time it took to complete the job, and the friendliness of the laborers. The owner was responsive to our phone calls and worked efficiently with our insurance company. Should we have to have our shingles replaced again, we will certainly call Eureka Contracting, LLC.
