Eureka Mining, Inc.

Complaint[redacted], Eureka Mining, Inc took monies for work and has yet to do said work or refund 1500+. Sold property with promise to show. Never showed!![redacted], dba Eureka Mining and Milling Inc. entered into a verbal agreement to haul ore and process at his Yerington, NV facility and submit concentrates for assay. $1500+ was transfered to his [redacted] account on 11-16-14. Numerous calls have been made.. he will not answer his phone (screening calls) and his voicemail box is full.(can't even leave a message) I also bought a mining claim from him via [redacted] with his written promise to show said claim to winner upon arranging a tour. I did arrange such a meeting the first weekend in March of 2015. He failed to show. He refuses to answer his phone and/or emails. I wasted (5) days and over $3000.00 in airfare.. hotels and car rental based on his verbal promise to be there. Excuses ranging from Dad being sick in Palm Springs to his [redacted] not working properly. I've notified [redacted] as he has munerous Mining Claims listed with similar promises... and desire to protect other would be Buyers from also becoming victims. There was also an issue with the [redacted] with me receiving a Certified letter concerning the property I had purchased from Eureka Mining, Inc. I'm actually very familar with [redacted] Claim associated issues and followed up myself on the letter. Had I not.. my claim would have become void by default. He never took care of the issue!! I had too. He has yet to the writing of this contacted me by either email or by phone. He thus has refused to refund the $1500+ received for services never rendered. I also want my $3000 refunded for a wasted trip and his breach of promise and subsiquent lack of professionalism in doing business with the public. Potential customers please be very aware of this complaint and another similar I saw listed here!! Desired SettlementRefund of the $1520 transferred to his [redacted] business account, 11-16-2014 as well as a refund of $3000 for breach of promise and continued dodging of his responsibilty to me for my wasted travel expenses based on his agreement(promised was his word used) March 2015

Complaint[redacted] offered to get a claim for me. Sent money $1000. on 3-1-14 after 3 mo he to busy to follow through. 3 wks and no refund. wont answer my calls.I saw a claim on [redacted] by [redacted]. I called him ( Eureka Mining Co. ) and he said for $1000. he would make new claim next to one on [redacted]. This was 3-1-14 He started stalling I communicated him that June 8 of 2014 was the only time I could get up there this year. Week after week I called him about the paperwork with him promising to get all paperwork filed and sent to me. I finally got paperwork from him only to find out it was not filled out properly for the clerk for [redacted]. A week later I received the same paperwork from the Clerk with notes saying the paperwork was not completed. I finally called called him around 5-28-14 stating to him there was no way he was going to be able to get it all done before june 8. I still had permits to get in **. yet.. I stated to him I wanted my money back.. He apologized and said " he was too damn busy to fool with it any longer and would return my $1000.He then sent me an e-mail also stating he would refund my money. Its been at least three weeks now and I have tried to call him to ask where is my money. His wont answer his pho and his pho mail box says its full, so I cant leave a message.I have been up front with him from the very beginning. He has taken advantage of me and my fairness. But now I'm mad because he is treating me with disrespect about returning my money the same way he did about getting a claim for me..I just want my money back. NOW ..Desired SettlementI want my money back now. $ 1000.00He has had plenty of time.Final Consumer Response I have sent a info Packet to the Attorney General Office on 7-22-14 . As of today's date 7-23-2014 have not received money from [redacted] Eureka Mining .
