We hired them to paint our pool cage. They ruined the cage and it was not painted.
Contracted them on Dec 3 to paint our pool cage.
The first day they showed up, with out tarps or plastic to cover the pool, lanai pavers or items on the patio,they applied a product to the cage for the paint to adhere. Either the product was not mixed correctly or the sprayer was not working but it was applied in splotched all over the cage. They did not stop to call the manufacturer or fix the sprayer, just kept spraying. never said anything to us about an issue. They then came back the next day and started to paint over the mess, again never mentioning the problem. When contacted that evening, they were told "WE HAVE A BIG PROBLEM". They needed to remove all coats of paint the applied and get the cage back to original. The could scrape, sand or pressure wash, but the responsibility was theirs. There was paint on my pool cover, pavers, shrubs, pool floats, outdoor kitchen. A Week later they came with a rented pressure washer. Now they have to use our water and electricity to try to clean the cage. Hours and hours of using our stuff. really was not working. Next week a no show due to illness, the following week a no show, too windy. Finally we convinced them to hire someone else to clean all the chemicals off the cage> We realized they were never going to come back as they left their paint at the house and wanted the guy they hired to bring it to them. We have reached out asking for them to provide monetary compensation for the items we need to replace ( pool blanket, Grill cover, shrubs) as well as the work we have to put into getting everything back in order.

We have previously apologized and again apologize for not meeting any expectations. We take responsibility and did not get paid which is understandable. We worked continuously to find a solution removing the paint and primer to the point of hiring someone to help. We were informed never to come back to the property and the supplies we purchased were not returned. After making sure the solution was resolved there was an image text with vulgar language from Mr ***. Again we apologize and already resolved the issue.

They did hire someone to clean the cage and lanai. When he cashed their check, guess what , it bounced. So we paid him to clean their mess. We had to hire another contractor to do additional cleaning and prep to get the cage painted. We still have white chemical and brown paint spots that can never be removed on the pavers, wall of house and outdoor kitchen. They asked the guy they "hired" to bring back their 2 gallons of paint and we held them back figuring they would not pay any restitution. Our new pool cover, grill cover, water electricity and our own work, far out way the value of 2 gallons of paint. They can have their paint once we are fully compensated.They were the most unprofessional contractor we have ever dealt with. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone...

The payment to the company that cleaned did not bounce. It was paid out of our pockets not by a check. The customer claims that there are damages done by us but nothing was damaged but a pool cover which we offered to take care of but the customer declined.
