I am rejecting this response because:
Where the wires are there was no stone dumped and the tree limbs were light pine ever greens , I have had other companies from *** previously dump this with no problems as recently as two years agoI told them if they couldn't do it to not bother to deliver it they said they could do itI incurred another expense because there driver was not experienced in tail gate stoneI would have went with the other company if they told me they couldn't do it it but was never given that optionThere response to me was that I could have manually spread ton of rock I didn't need to rent a machine to do it

[redacted],
Thank you again for getting back to me last week. As requested, I am writing this email to you today to explain the position that Eureka Stone Quarry, Inchas in the matter of [redacted]'s dissatisfaction with the stone delivery made to her residence on 05/02/14. After quoting [redacted] on 04/29/she touched base with me to activate her quote, as well as place an order for delivery. [redacted] expressed that she wanted the load of stone to be tailgate spread. I explained that it is up to the drivers discretion when it comes to a tailgate spread, because it is not an industry standard. It is an industry standard to dump material in a pile in a designated area. I also explained that there would need to be at least 25-30' of overhead clearance to allow for the raising of the truck body, if the delivery driver was to attempt a tailgate spread. At this time of the conversation, I gave [redacted] the number for our stone dispatcher [redacted] at [redacted] Stone Quarry. [redacted] took the order from [redacted] and scheduled the delivery. Please see the attached photos above, which were taken from [redacted]'s residence after the delivery was made. Clearly there are electrical wires and tree branches hanging low to the ground, which would account for the stone being thicker in some areas, as the body of the truck had to be lowered and raised. Since this incident took place [redacted] has cancelled payment on her credit card, but after we were contacted and explained that she receive the product and service that she paid for the charge was reversed and put back onto her credit card
If you have any questions regarding this claim, please feel free to contact me by phone or email. Also, can you please confirm that you have received my email at your earliest convenience. Have a great day

Review: I ordered 50 ton of stone for my driveway. indicated I needed it tailgate spread. Told the dispatcher [redacted] that I needed it tailgate spread or I will call someone else. they said they will tell driver. On the morning of delivery they were late so I called and talked to [redacted]..He said driver was on the way she said just show him where to dump it . I indicated again don't want it dumped need it tailgate spread . she said she forgot to tell driver she would call him . when got to my house he indicated that he never did it before he will do his best. I left for work and when I returned there was spot in the drive way that were twelve inches thick. I had to rent a bobcat for 314 dollars to spread . I called to indicate that I did not receive the service I wanted and needed some help from the bobcat. I was told by [redacted] not sure why I needed a bobcat that 50 ton of stone was a small amount of stone. That I should have been able to spread it without the use of the bobcat.Desired Settlement: I would like the cost that I incurred to rent the bobcat. $314. if they told be they could find a driver to do it I would have called the place in [redacted] that did it 4 other times for me. but they didn't give that opportunity because they said they could do it.
