Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First, it's [redacted] ; second CT [redacted] and the CT [redacted] gladly accepted the complaint and did not say that there was no wrong doing or that they do not support the complaintThey simply do not handle this under their guidelines and they were sorry that the dealership did such wrongful things to meThey said that it may need to be up to the actual court system for a horrible wrongful and fraud case as this and that this is up to [redacted] jurisdictionThe dealership will find themselves in a [redacted] court if they do not help or resolve things in a satisfactory manner quickly [redacted] did not say there was no wrong doing eitherThis is entirely the dealerships fault and needs to resolve this and it is horrible they are trying to back out and not just back out but lie and claim it is others fault They took advantage of me and don't want to stand by their satisfaction guarantee or hold up good professional and business practices and ethics not to mention the laws of the United States of America They sold and let a damaged, non-street legal lemon car leave their lot and then lied about it all and continue to do soAny other decent car dealership, especially an import dealership would actually stand my their car and their business, take back the car and refund all money and damages, just to make a customer happy and do the right thingThe fact that this business continues to lie and not help or do the right things as I have asked repeatedly tell me and you that they don't care and don't hold up all their claims to be a good dealership Do the right thing North Bay Imports and correct your wrongs or come to our [redacted] courts under law suit and judge/jury Sincerely, [redacted]

Well - in addition to North Bay Imports, and *** *** *** Credit Union, you can add the CT Attorney General and the CT DMV to the expanding list of corporate entities that do not support and/or believe in Mr ***'s rendition of what happenedBoth have reviewed the same information that was provided to the Revdex.com, found no wrong doing on North Bay Imports' part, and officially informed Mr *** that his complaint has been dismissedWe're confident that that the Revdex.com will follow suit and do the sameThank you for you time and efforts in this matter ***.Regards,North Bay Imports

We stand behind our process, our product and our peopleAnd, regardless of how many times *** regurgitates his story, it still has no meritOur lawyers have been kept abreast of this situation from the beginning, and we're ready to go to courtThanks for your time.Regards,North Bay Imports

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: North Bay Imports and *** *** are not telling the truth and are just happy that the car is out of their hands and they already got their money for the damaged carI believe the transporter had documented some if not all the damage on the car when they picked it up so I believe the damage was present from and at the dealershipYou all can verify this with the driver/transport company as neededOne of their attached forms states the car is legal in any state to drive....I'm not sure of any state where it is legal to drive with a broken out tail light and I don't know any dealership that is horrible enough to not replace it before it leaves the lot (until now) The dealership did have plenty of time to clean and detail the car, they just didn't do it and the transport company was just being niceAgain, I don't know any dealership that would leave or keep a car for sale on the lot in that horrible of condition (until now)There is much other damage on the car and including the tires situation that *** *** lied about and is shown in his emails tooThis complaint has recently been sent and received by the CT *** *** and they have forwarded to the ***The dealership was sent a certified letter stating thisThe dealership can make their own forms to show whatever they want and same for photos if needed like in this case to show whatever they wantI tried calling and they would not return the calls, or they would answer and hang up along with other attempts for communicationThe dealer complied with *** to look nice and good, but the car was wrongfully accepted by the lender as they claimed no choice with their money already goneUntil now, I have never had this horrible of an experience with a car or car dealershipI can't believe they would sell a car in this condition and say it was in "like new condition"I am seeking full damages for my time and other expenses in addition to whatever costs associated with this car that will arise past, present, future Please contact my any time for more info or the CT AG / CT *** that has taken this case on too,I feel this dealership should have their license suspended/revoked to prevent other consumers from having such a horrible experience
Sincerely,
*** *** ***

We sent Dustin's car to ***s of North Haven and had them fix the issue. We paid to have the repairs done. Dustin has signed a release stating all future repairs to hsi car are his responsibility

*** - we appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint, so, thank you for allowing us to do soThat being said, North Bay Imports has been selling quality, high end used cars for over a decadeWe're very particular about they way in which we conduct business, and this instance is no
different from any otherPrior to sale, every car in our inventory goes through an extensive certification processAttached you will see documentation of that process for the vehicle in question, which covers any potential mechanical as well as cosmetic issuesFrom our point of view, what happened here was pretty cut and dryDespite our recommendation, the client, through a broker, hired a cut-rate shipping company that damaged his vehicle when transporting it from our facility in *** ***, CT, to his home in ***Included in the attachments are emails between the client and North Bay, documenting that not only did we follow up with him and try to help (once the car arrived in ***), but that it was the client who refused help and cut off all correspondence regarding this matterThat, in essence, turned what could have been a salvageable situation, into the unfortunate mess that it's becomeIn an effort to keep this as short and sweet as possible, here are some bullet points;1- Attached is an email we sent to the client, once his car was delivered, that included high resolution photos of the vehicle showing none of the damage that he claims the car had upon arrivalThis email also referenced a request for the client to send photos that he'd taken of the alleged damage, which he declined to do because "there were too many photos to send, and, he didn't have time to deal with it."2- Attached is an email confirming that the client acknowledges that, per our agreement, the transport company did not give us adequate notice (prior to pick up) to clean the car before it left our facility, and that they would detail his car at a discounted rate to make up for itThis, along with a "broken out" tail light (which was not broken out when it left our facility) were the only two reasons the client gave for not being satisfied with the vehicleEverything else listed in his complaint is news to us. 3- Attached are numerous emails that support the fact that once the client cut off all communication with us, that we reached out to his Credit Union in an attempt try and helpWe believe that the client used his Credit Union as an intermediary between he and North Bay, while simultaneously taking advantage of the fact that they, in essence, had a bigger investment in this vehicle than he didIn fact, it was his Credit Union that was forced (with our assistance) to track down the vehicle, which ultimately ended up half way across the state on the transport company's propertyThe emails provided include verification of our continual communication with the Credit Union, as well as acknowledgement that, per their request, we sent the title, copies of all the signed paperwork, a spare key, and a rear tail light assembly to them, along with an offer to pay to have it installed wherever was convenient.4- Upon request, we can provide more documentation than what is attached here, but feel that what's been supplied is more than enough to show that the client's claims against us are fabricated, baseless, and completely embellished to support his desire to simply wash his hands of this purchase (after the fact). Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter, and please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or for any additional supporting documentation.Mike D***North Bay Imports*** *** ***

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:First, it's [redacted]; second CT [redacted] and the CT [redacted] gladly accepted the complaint and did not say that there was no wrong doing or that they do not support the complaint. They simply do not handle this under their guidelines and they were sorry that the dealership did such wrongful things to me. They said that it may need to be up to the actual court system for a horrible wrongful and fraud case as this and that this is up to [redacted] jurisdiction. The dealership will find themselves in a [redacted] court if they do not help or resolve things in a satisfactory manner quickly.  [redacted] did not say there was no wrong doing either. This is entirely the dealerships fault and needs to resolve this and it is horrible they are trying to back out and not just back out but lie and claim it is others fault.  They took advantage of me and don't want to stand by their satisfaction guarantee or hold up good professional and business practices and ethics not to mention the laws of the United States of America.  They sold and let a damaged, non-street legal lemon car leave their lot and then lied about it all and continue to do so. Any other decent car dealership, especially an import dealership would actually stand my their car and their business, take back the car and refund all money and damages, just to make a customer happy and do the right thing. The fact that this business continues to lie and not help or do the right things as I have asked repeatedly tell me and you that they don't care and don't hold up all their claims to be a good dealership.  Do the right thing North Bay Imports and correct your wrongs or come to our [redacted] courts under law suit and judge/jury.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
