[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The statements made by the business in their response are all and misleadingThe vehicle was NOT checked by my own mechanic prior to purchase and neither was a Maryland state inspection was NOT completed prior to purchase Maryland MVA records will show date state inspection was after the purchase date, in fact it fail state inspection due to suspension issues Suspension problems were found when the vehicle was taken to a Maryland state inspection facility a week after purchase These problems were communicated to Kenny and he refuse to address the issue, which was communicated to him a week after purchase NOT months later as he stated in his responseAs a consumer I was being reasonable in communicating with him about the issues and several attempts for him to fix it Instead he got violent and screamed racial comments As I mentioned in my original complaint, this vehicle is not safe to driveKenny made an admission in his response letter that due to air suspension system the vehicle is NOT drivable, which confirms my statementsFurthermore the suspension has affected the vehicle's value and ability to sell.Euro Auto Specialist used misleading tactics and provided information about the vehicle This business failed to display, provide, or disclose suspension problems This business also used misleading statements about their vehicle warranty, such "extended warranty " option as stated by business was never offered Regards, [redacted]

I think you should just stop lying and be straightforward you took the car to the Maryland at o'clock and then you bring it back at PM ware the car goes to ? Then you said everything is checked out and ride me off I want to take the car today,4,28th you purchased ,also you buy the car AS/IS no warranty, is reason is because the have K on it and no warranty available, how could you drive the car in Maryland with temp tag days,andmonths later you calling and asking the problems On the car you have, and you want me to fix it for free no it won't work like that if you be at reasonable person would you want to come say Kenny can you fix my cars and I give you a portion of the repairs and labor I did offer you but you said no you have to fix it all for free I have question for you ,- when did you call me after the purchase you have a problem with the car ?2- when did you register the car after the purchase ?3-before you purchase the car did you take it to a mechanic shop or not?4- did you sign the buyers guide AS/IS?Also this car has a 190K is not brand new You're upset because you know you are not in reasonable person I Don't have no more question for you have a nice day buddy

the car to Maryland to complete the state inspectionHe came back and purchased the car.The customer called me in August, months after purchase to complaint about the suspensionHow could after months, days later, and the odometer at 180,000 miles, the vehicle run without suspension? It is an air suspension system, it can't be driveable, so his complaint that the suspension was a problem from the beginning is false.He was demanding to fix the suspension freeHe was not being reasonableAfter months, how could a customer come back and demand for free repairs I was willing to help him buy the parts with minimum labor cost, but the customer was totally unreasonable and was demanding it free It is model, years old vehicle and He purchased the vehicle as is and signed the document Most used cars sell days warranties or as is There is also extended warranty option but the customer refused. Most used cars sell days warranties or as is There is also extended warranty option but the customer refused.

you make money you said unemployedI make dollars unemployment and also I get $cash from my uncle work on the side job,also you were short $to your down payments ,and you promised me you were going to bring me the $in Weeks ,which is you never didand I kept calling you -you said you have a flat tire in three weeks later after you purchase the car and I fix the tire, I ask you I need my down payment where is it is it ? I'm giving you till next week -another week it's been three months nowI told you bring me the money you owe me and I refused it now you asking me to fix your car for free
You bought the car AS/IS
No warrantyAlso you went with my buddy went wit you to put the tires on, he said I'm glad I'm in the ground now after you drop them off the way you drovealso your driver license was suspended, accident And reckless driving , I had to put your brothers into the contract so you can drive the caryou didn't call me you had problems with the car till Business bureauI think you should stop lying

Lemon law - it's only brand new vehicle and not
