Review: The owner of EuroMarmi, [redacted], was given a check for $4,000, which represented 50% of payment for marble counter tops and the surrounding of a fire place. Even though he stated that the job will take 2 weeks, it took him two months for him to deliver the counter tops. We could not use our kitchen for several weeks.Then to our dismay, he delivered a much lower quality of stone than the one chosen. The marble also has so many imperfections that he has refused to repair or replace. We are still waiting for the fireplace surrounding. Despite phone calls made by us and by our interior designer, [redacted] , who was the contact person, he has not responded.Desired Settlement: We want the money back. The fireplace surrounding has not been delivered yet after months of frequent calls made to him. The counter tops were not made of the chosen stone. Instead, he delivered less quality of stone (with numerous imperfections) for the money that he requested and was paid to him.

Review: We ordered a vanity countertop, backsplash and two other small pieces of material from Euro Marmi. The company told us it would take 1 week to 10 days to have it installed. It took multiple phone calls for 3 weeks and threats to cancel the job before a delivery and installation date was set. When he finally delivered, one of the pieces was missing and he promised to have it to us the next day. We still do not have it. He is perhaps the most unethical business person I have ever encountered. He should not be permitted to operate a business in this country.Desired Settlement: Give us $300 back for not delivering and having to find another provider.
