Tell In response to *** *** *'s unfair and incorrect comments regarding his experience, we would like to explain that we provided a courtesy initial inspection (No Charge) on *** *** *'s *** *** diesel with 295,miles on Saturday (August 20th) on a wait basisWe made
arrangements to drop the vehicle off on Monday (August 22nd) to continue diagnosing the codes due to time constraints, and the multiple codes and issues that he has (*** Fuel Rail/ System Pressure Too High & *** Glow Plug Module Circuit) We contacted *** *** * with an estimate to replace High Pressure Sensor to fix the *** code, and a Glow Plug Module and Glow Plugs to fix the *** code, and with a possibility of other components as well, but we would have to start by replacing High Pressure Sensor, Glow Plug Module, and Glow PlugsNow, we have no history on this vehicle and with 295,miles, so we are recommending to replace all Glow Plugs for preventative maintenanceOur technicians have a total of years of European Automotive Service and Repair experience. *** *** * authorized the $to further diagnose the multiple issue codesWe supplied an estimate and the owner declined the repairs as is his right to do so *** *** *hilji called back and complained that he was able to find the parts online for a lot cheaperThe parts that we are using are ALL *** Factory OEM Parts, and not aftermarketRegardless of how much cheaper he found the parts for, *** *** * is entitled to refuse the repair in which he did; therefore, we did not proceed with the workHowever, no need to write a bad review because he found parts cheaper on the webAs everyone knows, finding a product online can be cheaper than the retail world which is why Amazon is so successful and being a do-it-yourselfer will always save you money on labor. In his comments, he is comparing us to another shop and that we are "no different" than the other shops in the areaOur shop is an Authorized *** Service Center, and our technicians are *** Master Technicians, ASE Master Technicians, and *** Master Technicians, and are very much qualified to perform the diagnosis and repair to work on his vehicle Our repair shop did nothing improper as mentioned by this unsatisfied customer, we provided an estimate based on the codes that we found, but the customer declined the repairs

We performed a diagnostic inspection on their BMW 525i with 264,miles due to a multiple check engine warning codes which caused it to fail Maryland State emissions test Owner authorized $ diagnostic fee, as well as smoke testing the intake system in person because owner waited
at our facility during the entire repair process We confirmed multiple failures with emissions system and had to address the biggest problem first (deteriorated rubber boots and missing coupling) We supplied an estimate prior to repairs and owner authorized said repairs and parts were orderedTotal invoice attached is $and we spent more than hours diagnosing and repairing the vehicle We also walked owner to vehicle and explained additional problems after initial repairs were completed (documented on attached invoice supplied to owner) Owner declined additional repairs due to time constraints (waiting) So owner took vehicle Please note that the person who contacted us, submitted a negative online survey (attached), and submitted Revdex.com inquiry is not the same person listed on this form It is her fiancee, name unknown at this time because it was never supplied Patrick W***Advisor at Euro Motor Service who was involved with this transaction

The customer signed a preliminary form authorizing us to proceed with checking out his vehicle and was made aware of the $99 diagnostic fee (see attached). Additionally, he signed his credit card receipt acknowledging (once again) the charges (see attached).
