In response to [redacted] complain about the money quote and copy of her invoice Euro Moving has to say the fallowing. [redacted] called Euro Moving the day of the move after the move was completed, she talked to [redacted] not [redacted] like she mentions on here theres no [redacted] here. She told...

[redacted] that she needed some change so she gave the movers a $50 dollar bill to Exchange for her. But that now she was thinking that she might of gotten conffused and mistaken it by a $100 dollar bill. [redacted] told her he had to check with the movers, the movers told him that it was a $50 dollar bill that she never gave them a 100 bill. [redacted] told her what the movers had said and she was fine with the answer. However the next day she called and talked to [redacted] and she told [redacted] that she was sure she gave them a $100 dollar bill and that the company needed to refund her that money. That if she wasnt refunded she would proceed to file a police report. [redacted] told her to go ahead and file the police eport because we couldnt acuse our staff of stilling or lying because we werent there. [redacted] got uppset and said ´´IM THE COSTUMER YOUR SUPPOSE TO BELIVE ME |´´. This is the first time anyone has had a problem with our movers never have we had any problems.Also [redacted] says on here she thought she gave them a $1 dollar bill and she tells the company she thought it was $50 dollar bill, so wich one is it_.In case of it being a $1 dollar bill she would of been fine with the movers given her more change_. The quote that [redacted] was given when she called was for 2hrs labor 1hr trip charge and a 19% for gas so $142.82 its correct if her move took longer offcourse it was going to be more money. As for her invoice as soon as she provides us with a mailing address or fax number we will be happy to send her a copy. Euro Moving and Storage will not be refunding any money to [redacted].

The information that Euro Moving and storage is providing is fabricated. I made the reservation almost 2 weeks prior to the moving date of June 29th (2 days prior I called to confirm). I also never told them I only needed the movers for a few hours. I made it very clear that this was going to be a big job. And they DID assure me they would come to finish the job on the following day between 1-5pm, which they did not show up for.
I am absolutely not satisfied with their response or the way they do business. I do not want the experience we had to happen to anyone else.

In response to [redacted], we Euro Moving will not be refunding any money or paying for the movers she had to hire the next day. When [redacted] called to schedule a move with us she called 2 day before her actual move date which was 6/27/16 when she called, we moved her 6/29/16. Euro Moving...

and Storage accommodated her in the schedule for 6/29/16 because she said she would only need the movers for about 3 to 4 hours maybe an additional 2 hours, the movers stayed at her location for as long as we could keep them there since it was the end of the month we already had our schedule made and other costumers waiting. Our Movers were there for 7 and a half hours in that time our movers got 2 26ft full truck loads in less then 8 hours, if she had told us from the beginning that she need them there all day we would of arranged that for her but we could not do that last minute. [redacted] hiring other movers is not our fault we told her we couldn't help her another day because we were fully booked, therefore we are not refunding her any money or paying her for the other movers she hired.

In response to [redacted] , she says we are fabricating out response , well we can say the same about her and we can go back and forth about what she said and we said. We Euro Moving and Storage are not going to refund any money or compensate her in any way. Our movers did a great job moving her belongings no scratches or breaks of any kind happened to her belongings or property, her husband even told the movers that she always underestimates time on everything so if she thought she only need us for 3 to 4 hours is not our fault we had the movers stay for as long as we could which was more then she had requested them for. Again we did not say we would show up the next day since we had full day already, we do not know why she's saying this, she did call 2 days before she had to move and we accommodated her on our schedule for the 29th. We are sorry if she needed more time but is not our fault she underestimated how much furniture she really had, Euro Moving will not be compensating [redacted] in anyway.

Euro Moving and Storage moved [redacted] on 5/29/15, about her art piece the movers told her they couldn't move it because it was too delicate and [redacted] said it was fine that they could move it. That was one of the reasons she didn't write it on the invoice/contract there is a claims procedure on...

it that [redacted] left blank indicating that our movers didn't break anything. When she called the office she did say she saw the claims procedure on the invoice/contract but decided to leave it blank, the contract states that all claims need to be indicated on it at the time of the move. But she decided to leave it blank since she had told the movers that it was ok for them to move the piece of art even when they told her they couldn't because it was too delicate. The owner has investigated and he will not be reimbursing [redacted] for her art piece since Euro Moving and Storage movers are not responsible for her art piece.Thank You,Euro Moving and Storage?

I just want to express my thanks to EURO Moving & Storage! I had a coupon in the mail.....a little leary, but a great experience. I made a reservation, received a follow up email. The movers, [redacted] & [redacted] were a great team. They showed up when expected, and finished the move quickly. I highly recommend this company! I made the switch at the last minute after being scammed from another company (24 Hours Moving & Storage).
