On Saturday, April I had an emergency and called this company without knowing anything about them and now I want to use them for everything! Serge came to our house right away and provided amazing customer service He was friendly, knowledgeable and super clean We called him out for thing that he quickly fixed and he ended up staying to fix a few other things as well We definetely will be using this company again and I highly recommend them

I first called Euro Plumbing and Sewer after I had broken a master bathroom shower valve while trying to fix a leak It was after hours and I had to shut off the water main because of the leak Euro sent someone out very quickly to cap off the pipes so I could have water to the rest of the house I chose to upgrade the shower since they had to break into the wall to access the pipes and hired them to replace the pan and install the new valve They were prompt and professional throughout the process So I hired them a couple weeks later when I moved into a new house and remodeled the kitchen They were very thorough with all the work and the remodel is almost complete

Over the weekend I noticed a fairly large leak coming from the water spigot outside my houseThe following morning, I contacted Euro Plumbing and within the hour a representative from Euro arrived at my house
I explained the issue and how I attempted to resolve it to the representative and within minutes, they had a plan of action to correct the problem
Euro Plumbing took the time to explain to me what had caused the issue, how to avoid it and how to correct it
I'm very impressed with Euro Plumbing customer service and plumbing expertise

Surge was wonderful. He fixed a problem we all but gave up on and we will recommend him to anyone in need... as well as use his expertise again in the future we really appreciate his help in fixing our shower!!!!
